This is a very active group that often not only does things to benefit the church and community, but plans many fun activities as a group.

Include the following information with all reservations and payments:
Event, Name, Address, Telephone Number, and Roommate if an overnight trip.   Please call and cancel when your plans change. It costs the group money and causes extra work to alter late cancellations or to try and secure additional tickets.
